Above the Wake is a non-profit based in Michigan that serves to provide meaningful water opportunities and experiences for children with autism. Above the Wake will be visiting The Quarry this summer for an Autism Awareness event. Children with autism will have the opportunity to participate in water activities, including wakeboarding and paddleboarding. Local Chiropractor, Tony Ebel will be giving his Perfect Storm seminar on autism and Nina of Fruits & Veggies to the Rescue will be teaching a class on healthy eating. Local non-profits will also be on-site with information and answering any questions you and your family might have. Join us Saturday, July 8th for a day at the lake!

9am – 11am: Water Activities
Above the Wake will be working with kids with special needs who are interested in participating in the water activities. Wakeboarding, paddleboaring and kneeboarding will be available on our beginnner cables.

11am – 12pm: Workshops
Tony Ebel of Premier Wellness Chiropractic will be conducting his Perfect Storm seminar in our Lakeside Room on autism. A Fruits & Veggies to the Rescue class will also be taking place, teaching the importance of a healthy diet.
12pm – Dusk: Cables open to the public
*All participants must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver.
