Manager – Part to Full-Time / Seasonal

Description: Managers of The Quarry will report to and assist the Operations team in the managing of daily operations at The Quarry Cable Park. Managers will oversee the daily operations and be the point of contact for all Crew members. Managers must consistently demonstrate excellent customer service by interacting with guests, maintaining facility cleanliness, answering questions and/or concerns, ensuring guest safety is upheld and staff members are fulfilling their required duties. Managers must also monitor the rotation of staff to allow for breaks and oversee the rental area, if needed. Managers will be responsible for opening/closing the facility and recording inventory of pro-shop merchandise and bar supplies. The Manager must also coordinate help in the event of an emergency. Managers are expected to meet with the Operations team on a weekly basis to review expectations, concerns, issues, feedback, calendar of events, etc.

Prerequisites:
• Motivated, responsible, team-oriented, can-do attitude, ability to teach and strong customer service skills
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
• Training Requirements: CPR/Basic First Aid, POS, Cable Operations and Customer Service
• Ideal candidates will possess experience in the sport of wakeboarding, both behind a both and on a cable system
• Experience in a managerial role a plus

Cable Operator – Part-Time / Seasonal

Description: The primary role of the Cable Operator will be to facilitate smooth operations of the Cable System. In addition, the Cable Operator will monitor the lake to ensure participants are safe and provide medical assistance or coordinate help in the event of an emergency. In certain instances, Cable Operators will share their knowledge of wakeboarding and be asked to demonstrate wakeboarding techniques or teach water safety guidelines to guests of The Quarry.

Prerequisites:
• Motivated, responsible, patient, team-oriented, can-do attitude, ability to teach and strong customer service skills
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age
• Training Requirements: CPR/Basic First Aid and Customer Service
• Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in the sport of wakeboarding, both behind a boat and on a cable system
• Experience performing lifeguard duties and any equivalent combination of training a plus

Rental Attendant + JetSki Operator – Part-Time / Seasonal

Job Title: Rental Attendant

Description: Attendants in the rental area are responsible for equipping guests with proper rental equipment and ensuring equipment meets all safety requirements. In addition, Attendants are required to assist guests with equipment fitting, answering questions, restocking rentals, sanitizing equipment, ensuring all inventory is accounted for & organized and performing repairs, if needed. During slow hours of operation, the Attendant is expected to tend to the restrooms & locker rooms for cleanliness, take out garbage, weed or sweep.

Job Title: Jet Ski Operator

Description: JetSki Operators are responsible for retrieving riders in the water and safely delivering them to the floating dock. JetSki Operators are to monitor the lake during cable operations and provide medical assistance to guests of The Quarry. In the event of an emergency, JetSki Operators must be in communication with Cable Operators via radio. JetSki Operators are responsible for operating the Jet Ski in a safe manner so as to keep patrons safe, and avoid damage to the equipment. Use of the JetSki is reserved solely for picking up riders and maintenance of features. JetSki Operators will also be responsible for noting the gasoline level after each shift.

• Training Requirements: CPR/Basic First Aid, JetSki and Customer Service
• Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in the sport of wakeboarding, both behind a boat and on a cable system, as well as operating a JetSki 

Pro-Shop + Snack Shop Attendant – Part-Time / Seasonal

Job Title: Pro-Shop Attendant  

Description: The primary role of a Pro-Shop Attendant is to assist in the daily operations of the front desk. Attendants are expected to greet guests with excellent customer service and provide guests with important park information, as this is the initial interaction guests have with The Quarry. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, utilizing the POS system, confirming signed and updated waivers are on file, scheduling lessons and summer camps, interacting with guests in a professional, prompt and polite manner, collecting parking receipts and totalling them after each day, answering phone calls, upholding a clean pro-shop/front desk and restocking inventory as needed.

Job Title: Snack Shop Attendant

Description: The primary role of a Snack Shop Attendant is to assist in the daily operations of the snack hub. Attendants are expected to greet guests with excellent customer service and provide guests with important park information, as this is an important point of contact guests have with The Quarry Crew. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, utilizing the POS system, selling snacks, apparel and accessories, interacting with guests in a professional, prompt and polite manner, upholding a clean and sanitary work space and restocking inventory as needed.

Prerequisites:
• Motivated, responsible, team-oriented, can-do attitude, ability to teach and strong customer service skills
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age
• Training Requirements: CPR/Basic First Aid, POS and Customer Service
• Ideal candidates will possess experience with operating a POS System and customer service skills
• Experience in the sport of wakeboarding, either behind a boat or on a cable system a plus

Bartender – Part-Time / Seasonal

Description: Bartenders must uphold a safe and family-friendly atmosphere while responsibly selling beverages to patrons of the legal drinking age, checking each guest for legal identification, collecting and properly disposing of cable wristbands, flagging riders in the POS system and handling situations according to BASSET protocol. Bartenders are expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment and uphold all sanitary requirements, as well as ensure all inventory is properly accounted for. Bartenders are expected to greet guests with excellent customer service and provide guests with important park information. In addition, the Bartender will work closely with the Manager on duty and/or Operations team to coordinate special event logistics.

The duties of this position will take place outdoors, therefore the Bartender may be exposed to hot, wet and/or humid conditions. Hours are weather dependent.
