**For 45 min sessions**

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST ARRIVE AND CHECK IN AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SESSION THEY HAVE SIGNED UP FOR. 

We prioritize safety while delivering nonstop fun. Here's how your journey starts:

● Must be 7 years old and at least 42 inches tall to participate. 

● Upon arrival, purchase your ticket and receive your wristband.

 ● Complete a waiver (minors must have a parent or guardian sign). 

● Get fitted for a life jacket—they're required for everyone. 

● Attend a mandatory Rules Orientation led by an Aqua Guide. 

● After that, you're cleared to splash, climb, bounce, and play!

Friendly Aqua Guides are stationed throughout the park to ensure a safe and fun time for all guests.

To keep everyone safe and happy, all participants must follow these rules:

● Waivers are required for all guests. Minors need a parent/guardian signature.

● Life jackets must be worn at all times—no exceptions.

● Enter the water feet first—no flips or headfirst diving.

● No drinking and jumping—safety first, always.

● Look before you leap—make sure the water below is clear.

● Obey Aqua Guides at all times.

● Do not swim under any inflatable features.

● Absolutely no bullying, including: 

○ Pushing/shoving

○ Rough play or wrestling

○ Name calling or harassment

● Be respectful and courteous to others.

● Help fellow participants when needed—have fun together!

Violation of park rules may result in removal without refund or credit.

● All tickets are date- and time-specific.

● Tickets are non-refundable.

● In limited weather-related situations, credits may be issued for use on another day (see below).

The Aqua Park is open during most weather conditions—rain or shine! However, safety comes first. We may temporarily close the park in the event of:

● Thunderstorms

● Lightning

● Extreme winds

If the park closes and you're unable to enjoy at least 50% of your scheduled activity, we'll issue you a credit for a future visit.

● Visit the on-site ticket booth on the day of the weather-related closure to request a credit.
● Requests made after that day will not be accepted.
